Ruchama is the secretary to the prime minister of Israel and recurring character during Seasons 2 and 3 of The Greenhouse.

Ruchama is a middle aged woman, with black hair, neatly done up in a bun, brown eyes and pale skin. She's usually seen wearing a black and white business suite, including a pair of black trousers and some glasses.

Season 2[]
Ruchama appears as the secretary to the second prime minister of Israel; Sefi, first appearing during a flashback in the first episode of Season 2, where she accompanies Sefi at the ceremony for the Greenhouse students. She later appears in the third episode of the season, as Sefi's watching the news report about the Greenhouse, with her listing all of Sefi's different commitments, also explaining that the Greenhouse case would be closed due to lack of evidence.
Ruchama appears as a representative of the prime minister during the investigation held by Guri at the Greenhouse, watching over the interrogations. Ruchama then appears in a meeting with her boss; Sefi back at the prime ministerial compound, where she grudgingly gets in contact with Miki Sevan for the prime minister, in order to help further disgrace Louis.
